Mobile Fun Casino & Rental Entertainment Services (UK)


These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Amazing Fun & Entertainment UK Ltd trading as The Lucky Casino TLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or using our services, the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Nature of Services


1.1 We provide mobile fun casino entertainment and related rental services, including gaming tables, equipment, props, and event staff.

1.2 All casino-style games are provided strictly for entertainment purposes only.

1.3 No real gambling, betting, or monetary prizes are permitted or offered.

1.4 Our services do not require a Gambling Commission licence as defined under the Gambling Act 2005, as no money or money’s worth is staked or won.


2. Bookings and Payment


2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.

2.3 Full payment must be received no later than the agreed date stated on the invoice and in all cases prior to the event start time, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2.4 Payments must be made via the agreed payment method stated on the invoice.


3. Non-Payment / Refusal to Pay


3.1 If full payment has not been received by the agreed time, we reserve the right to refuse to commence the event.

3.2 If equipment, tables, or staff have already been delivered and set up at the venue, the Client remains fully liable for the entire booking fee.

3.3 We reserve the right to cease services immediately if payment is refused or reversed.

3.4 Any unpaid sums will be pursued through debt recovery or legal action. The Client agrees to be responsible for all reasonable recovery costs, including legal fees, court fees, and administrative costs.

4. Client Responsibilities


4.1 The Client must provide:

Adequate and suitable space for all tables, equipment, and operational requirements

Safe, level, clean, and unobstructed flooring and working areas

Suitable lighting and environmental conditions for safe operation

Access to a reliable power supply where required

Reasonable and safe access for loading, setup, operation, and breakdown

Easy and practical access to the venue, including lifts, ramps, loading bays, or parking where applicable

A setup area that is cleared and ready for installation at the agreed access time

Sufficient protection from weather, moisture, excessive heat, wind, or other environmental hazards where equipment is used outdoors or in partially covered areas

4.2 Where the event is held outdoors, the Client and/or venue must provide adequate shelter and weather protection for all equipment and staff unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue complies with all relevant health and safety requirements and that the working environment is safe for our staff and contractors.

4.4 The Client is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of all guests, venue staff, contractors, and third parties attending the event.

4.5 The Client shall ensure that no guest or third party interferes with, moves, tampers with, or misuses any equipment.

4.6 The Client is liable for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, contractors, or third parties during the event.

4.7 Venue Access and Delays

The Client is responsible for ensuring timely and practical venue access for setup and breakdown.

Where access restrictions, stairs, long carrying distances, parking limitations, delayed entry, or venue restrictions materially affect setup or operation, we reserve the right to:

adjust setup arrangements,

reduce operational time,

apply additional reasonable charges,

or cancel setup where safety or practicality is compromised.

No refunds shall be provided for reduced operating time caused by delayed access or venue restrictions outside our control.


5. Equipment and Property


5.1 All equipment 5.4 Equipment Failure

Whilst we take reasonable steps to maintain all equipment to a professional standard, we shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, or reduced service caused by unforeseen equipment failure, transport issues, power failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where practical, we will use reasonable efforts to repair or replace affected equipment.remains our property at all times.

5.2 Equipment must not be moved, tampered with, or used improperly.

5.3 Any damage, theft, or loss will be charged at full replacement or repair cost.

5.4 Equipment Failure

Whilst we take reasonable steps to maintain all equipment to a professional standard, we shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, or reduced service caused by unforeseen equipment failure, transport issues, power failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where practical, we will use reasonable efforts to repair or replace affected equipment.


6. Age Restrictions


6.1 Our services are primarily intended for guests aged 18+.

6.2 Where minors are present, they must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

6.3 The Client must inform us in advance if under-18s will attend so appropriate arrangements can be made.

7. Alcohol & Conduct


7.1 Where alcohol is served, the Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all UK licensing laws.

7.2 We are not responsible for incidents arising from alcohol consumption.

7.3 Our staff reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest behaving aggressively, dangerously, or inappropriately.

7.4 If staff feel unsafe at any time, we reserve the right to terminate services without refund.

7.5 Staff Welfare and Conduct

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or aggressive behaviour towards our staff, contractors, or representatives.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services without refund where staff safety or welfare is compromised.


8. Cancellation Policy


8.1 Written Notice of Cancellation

All cancellations, postponements, amendments, or requests to reschedule must be made in writing by email and will only be deemed effective once acknowledged in writing by us.

8.2 Booking Fee / Deposit

All deposits and booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The Client acknowledges that the deposit secures the Event date, reserves our availability, covers administrative costs, planning time, and compensates for the loss of opportunity to accept alternative bookings.

Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these cancellation terms.

8.3 Cancellation Charges

Where a confirmed booking is cancelled by the Client for any reason, the following cancellation charges shall apply, reflecting genuine losses incurred, including but not limited to reserved availability, staffing, preparation, scheduling, equipment allocation, administration, and loss of business opportunity:

More than 60 days before the Event: Deposit retained only.

60 days or less before the Event: Up to 50% of the total booking value may become immediately payable.

14 days or less before the Event: Up to 100% of the total booking value may become immediately payable.

Any cancellation balance due shall be payable within 7 days of invoice.

We reserve the right to deduct any outstanding cancellation charges from monies already paid.

8.4 Postponements & Date Transfers

Where reasonably possible, and entirely at our sole discretion, we may permit one transfer of the Event date. Any approved transfer request must be made in writing and is subject to:

Availability of the requested new date;

A minimum notice period determined by us;

Any additional costs incurred as a result of the transfer; and

Payment of any outstanding balance due.

A transfer request shall not automatically constitute acceptance and may be treated as a cancellation if a suitable alternative date cannot be agreed.

8.5 Client No-Show or Failure to Proceed

Failure by the Client to attend, provide access, supply required information, or otherwise proceed with the Event on the agreed date shall be treated as a cancellation by the Client, and full charges may apply.

8.6 Force Majeure / Circumstances Beyond Control

In circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, venue closure, government restrictions, illness, transport disruption, or emergencies), we will endeavour to offer an alternative date where reasonably possible; however, refunds shall remain at our discretion.

8.7 Our Right to Refuse or Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a booking where circumstances arise that make performance unsafe, unlawful, impractical, or where abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct is experienced. In such circumstances, refunds shall be at our sole discretion.


9. Force Majeure


We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, venue closures, strikes, or emergencies.

10. Health & Safety and Liability


10.1 Participation in our activities is at the guest’s own risk.

10.2 We accept no liability for:

Personal injury (unless caused by our negligence)

Loss or damage to personal property

Incidents caused by guest misconduct

10.3 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from the event, except where caused by our proven negligence.

10.4 Limitation of Liability


Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded under English law.


11. Photography & Media


11.1 We may take photographs or videos during events for promotional use.

11.2 By booking, the Client grants permission for reasonable promotional use unless written notice is provided before the event.

11.3 We will not knowingly publish inappropriate or sensitive images.


12. Data Protection


12.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

12.2 Personal data is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes.

12.3 We do not sell or share client data with third parties for marketing purposes.


13. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


14. Acceptance of Terms


Payment of the deposit or booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
